Terms and Conditions

Effective Date: March 2026

Welcome to FreeChequePrint.in. By accessing and using our website and digital tools, you accept and agree to be strictly bound by the terms and legal provisions of this agreement.

1. Accuracy of Printed Cheques & Alignment

FreeChequePrint.in provides a free, sophisticated tool to align text on cheque leaves according to Indian banking CTS-2010 standards. However, hardware printer configurations, ink quality, and paper feeding mechanisms vary significantly by manufacturer (HP, Epson, Canon, etc.).

Crucial Rule: The user assumes all responsibility for testing the software's alignment on a blank, plain paper cut to cheque size (210mm x 90mm) before printing on any original, live bank cheque leaves.

2. Limitation of Liability

We are a technology provider, not a financial institution. Under no circumstances shall FreeChequePrint.in, its developers, or its founder (Ajay Kumar Maurya) be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our software.

This strict limitation of liability includes, but is not limited to: bounced cheques due to misprints, ruined banking stationery, bank penalty fees, or typographical errors in names or amounts.

3. Acceptable & Legal Use Policy

You agree to use this tool exclusively for lawful business and personal purposes. You are strictly prohibited from using this tool to generate fraudulent cheques, forge signatures, alter banking instruments maliciously, or engage in any illegal financial activities.

The tool is designed strictly to assist authorized individuals and businesses in printing text onto valid, original cheque leaves that they legally own and have the authority to issue.

4. Availability of Service & Modifications

While we strive to keep this tool 100% free and available 24/7 for the Indian public, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We reserve the full right to modify, update, temporarily suspend, or discontinue the service at any time without prior notice.
