Privacy and data

Privacy Policy

A plain-language explanation of what stays in your browser, what third parties may collect, and the choices available to you.

Effective 20 June 2026

1. Who this policy covers

This policy applies when you use FreeChequePrint.in, its cheque printing interface, image and PDF utilities, guides or support contact. The website is operated as an independent online utility. For privacy questions, contact freechequeprint@gmail.com.

We designed the tools to minimise the financial information required. You can read guides without entering cheque details, and you should never enter an internet-banking password, PIN, OTP, CVV or digital-banking credential anywhere on this website.

2. Cheque details and browser processing

Values typed into the cheque interface are used to create the preview and print layout. The core workflow is designed to run in your browser. The website does not need your bank login and does not initiate a payment. Layout preferences or presets may be stored in your browser's local storage so that the same device can remember alignment choices.

Browser storage belongs to that browser profile. It may remain until you clear site data, use a private window, reset the tool or remove it through browser settings. Anyone with access to the same unlocked browser profile may be able to see locally retained preferences. Use a trusted device, close shared sessions and clear site data when appropriate.

Practical rule: enter only the information needed for the current document. Do not paste account passwords, OTPs, card details or unrelated identity records.

3. Image and PDF files

Many image and PDF operations are performed with browser-side code. That design can reduce the need to send the document to our own application server. However, browser libraries, hosting delivery, device behaviour and future feature changes can vary. Treat sensitive files carefully, keep the original, use a device you control and review the page before selecting a file.

Do not assume that “online” means suitable for every confidential record. If a document is subject to an employer, client, legal or regulatory handling rule, follow that rule first. Remove unnecessary personal pages before editing and delete downloaded working copies from shared devices.

4. Technical logs

Hosting and security providers may automatically process standard request information such as IP address, date and time, requested URL, browser or device information, response status, referring page and security signals. This information helps deliver the page, diagnose errors, prevent abuse and understand whether a request succeeded. We do not use server logs as a cheque register or payment record.

5. Analytics and tag management

The site may use Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager to understand aggregate usage, such as which pages are visited, approximate device category, navigation events and technical performance. Analytics identifiers and cookies may be used according to Google's settings and applicable consent requirements. We use these signals to find broken pages, improve navigation and prioritise useful guides—not to verify a bank transaction.

You can restrict cookies through your browser, use available consent controls, block analytics with supported privacy tools or leave the site. Blocking optional technology may reduce measurement but should not change your responsibility to inspect an output.

6. Google AdSense and advertising

FreeChequePrint.in uses the Google AdSense code shown in the page head. Google and its partners may use cookies or similar technologies to serve, limit and measure ads, detect invalid activity and, where permitted, personalise advertising. Ads are selected and delivered by third parties; their appearance does not mean that FreeChequePrint.in endorses the advertiser.

Third parties may place and read cookies in your browser, or use web beacons, IP addresses and similar identifiers as a result of ad serving. Read how Google uses information from sites that use its services. Depending on your location, Google may require consent or advertising choices. Approval and ad delivery remain controlled by Google; placing the code does not guarantee that ads will appear.

7. External links and embedded services

Guides may link to primary sources such as the Reserve Bank of India or NPCI, and pages may link to social profiles. Once you follow an external link, that provider's privacy policy applies. We cannot control its cookies, forms, retention or security. Check the destination domain before entering any information.

8. Support messages

If you email support, we receive the address, message and files you choose to send. We use them to reply, troubleshoot or assess a correction. Do not send a signed cheque, full account statement, unredacted identity document, password, OTP or complete payment spreadsheet. A screenshot should hide account numbers, cheque numbers, addresses and other details that are not needed to explain the issue.

Support messages may be retained for reasonable follow-up, security and record-keeping, then deleted when no longer needed. Email is not a secure channel for banking secrets.

9. Retention, security and disclosure

Locally stored data remains subject to your browser controls. Technical and support records are retained only as reasonably needed for operation, troubleshooting, abuse prevention or legal obligations. No internet service can promise absolute security, so data minimisation is the first protection.

We may disclose limited information where required by valid law, to protect users or the service, to investigate abuse, or to providers that help host, secure, measure or monetise the site under their applicable terms. We do not sell a cheque register or banking credentials because the service is not designed to collect them.

10. Children and changes

The website is not directed to children and financial-document tools should be used by an authorised adult. If you believe a child sent personal information through support, contact us so we can review the request.

We may update this policy when tools, providers or legal requirements change. The effective date at the top identifies the current version. Material changes will be reflected on this page.

11. Your choices

You can avoid entering cheque data, clear browser storage, remove downloaded files, control cookies, use privacy settings and choose not to contact support. For a request concerning a support message or another record reasonably linked to you, email us with enough detail to locate it. We may need to verify the request while avoiding collection of additional sensitive information.
