How we publish

Editorial Policy

Our standard for useful instructions, accurate claims, primary sources, tool testing and visible corrections.

Editorial owner: Ajay Kumar Maurya · Reviewed 20 June 2026

Purpose of our content

FreeChequePrint.in publishes instructions that help a user complete a real task: calibrate a cheque print, prepare an Excel batch, inspect an amount in words, reduce an image without losing readability, organise a PDF or understand a basic payment-control workflow. A page should answer a specific question and help the reader verify the result.

We do not create pages simply by repeating a search phrase with different locations, bank names or minor wording changes. When several old URLs describe the same task, we prefer one stronger guide and a sensible redirect. This keeps navigation clearer and reduces contradictory instructions.

Who writes and reviews

Ajay Kumar Maurya is identified as the editorial owner. Tool instructions are reviewed against the live interface. Technical claims are checked against the behaviour available in the current build and, where practical, a representative browser workflow. Finance-operation guides are educational and are separated from bank-specific advice.

A publication date or review date tells readers when the page was last checked; it is not a claim that every external rule will remain unchanged. Readers should follow a bank's current official channel for account-specific action.

Our writing standard

Specific

We name the setting, field or check instead of using vague claims such as “best” or “perfect”.

Testable

A reader should be able to follow the steps and inspect the output independently.

Proportionate

A simple question gets a direct answer; a high-risk cheque workflow gets warnings and verification steps.

Honest

We state limitations and avoid guaranteed acceptance, ranking, income, printer compatibility or AdSense approval claims.

Tool-page review

Before publishing or materially updating a tool page, we check that the title and description match the actual feature, navigation reaches the relevant tool, labels are understandable, the download action corresponds to the described output and help text does not promise unsupported behaviour. For cheque printing, instructions must include source-data review, plain-paper testing and final inspection before signing.

For image and PDF tools, content explains the trade-off between size and quality, the need to preserve the original and the importance of opening the downloaded file. If processing occurs in the browser, we describe that carefully without making an absolute privacy claim that cannot be verified for every dependency or future change.

Finance and banking sources

When an article discusses CTS or Positive Pay, we prefer primary sources such as the Reserve Bank of India and National Payments Corporation of India. We link to the relevant source near a source section and distinguish the source statement from our practical interpretation. We do not copy long passages; we explain them in our own words and direct the reader to the official page.

Bank-specific fees, channels, cut-off times, eligibility and mandatory conditions can differ. We do not infer those details from a general rule. A guide must tell readers to confirm current account-specific instructions with their bank, especially for lost cheques, stop payment, returns, suspected fraud or disputes.

Examples and calculations

Examples are used to show common errors, not to represent a real customer's transaction. Names and amounts should be generic. Amount-in-words examples are checked for consistency with Indian numbering. Reconciliation examples should make the difference between an issued, cancelled, outstanding and cleared cheque clear.

We do not publish account numbers, signed cheque images, banking credentials or user-supplied financial records. Screenshots should use demonstration values or be redacted so that unrelated personal details are not visible.

Advertising and commercial separation

The website may display Google AdSense advertisements. Advertising does not decide our tool instructions, source selection or conclusions. An ad beside an article is not an endorsement. We do not describe advertising code as a guarantee of approval or earnings, and we do not add unnecessary ad-unit code merely to make a page appear more complete.

AI-assisted work and human accountability

Software may assist with drafting, formatting, code checks or identifying repeated language. It does not remove editorial responsibility. Before publication, claims must match the actual tool, repetitive filler should be removed, links should resolve, and finance statements should be checked against primary sources. The named editorial owner remains responsible for the decision to publish.

Corrections and updates

Corrections are prioritised when an error could cause a bad print, wrong file output, unsafe banking assumption or broken navigation. Minor spelling and layout corrections may be made without a notice. A material change to the meaning, workflow or source basis should update the review date. Old pages may be redirected where a newer guide fully replaces them.

To report an error, email freechequeprint@gmail.com with the page URL, the statement or step in question and a source or test result where available. We do not accept payment in exchange for changing an editorial conclusion.

What this policy does not promise

This policy describes our working standard; it is not a certification by a bank, regulator, advertising platform or search engine. Content quality and technical accessibility can improve a site, but no editorial policy guarantees ranking or AdSense approval.
