Independent website

FreeChequePrint.in is an independent browser-based utility. It is not a bank, payment processor, clearing house, government portal, accounting firm or law firm. It is not endorsed by or operated by any bank. Bank names may appear only to describe cheque layouts, practical compatibility notes or general educational information.

Cheque printing is document preparation

The cheque workspace places user-entered text on a printable layout. It cannot confirm whether the account has funds, whether a signatory is authorised, whether a beneficiary is genuine, whether Positive Pay was completed or whether a bank will honour the cheque. Only the account holder, authorised approvers and the relevant bank can make those decisions.

Before using an original cheque leaf, test alignment on plain paper cut to the measured leaf size. Check printer scale, orientation and feed. After printing, independently compare the date, payee, figures, words and crossing with the approved source. Do this before signing. A preset is a starting point for a particular setup, not a guarantee for every printer or cheque book.

If a key cheque field is wrong, stop. Do not hide a material error by overwriting. Follow your office and bank process for recording the spoiled leaf and prepare a fresh cheque where required.

Image and PDF outputs require inspection

Compression, resizing and conversion can reduce clarity or alter technical properties. PDF operations can fail on encrypted, damaged, unusually large or complex files. Always open the download and verify page count, sequence, orientation, text readability, signatures, dimensions, file size and password behaviour. Keep the original file until the destination accepts the result.

No tool can guarantee acceptance by every job portal, examination system, bank, customer, court, employer or government department. Each recipient can set its own size, format, quality and document rules, and those rules may change.

General education, not professional advice

Articles about CTS, Positive Pay, reconciliation, cheque registers, vendor payments and document controls are written for general education. They are not a substitute for bank-specific instructions, legal advice, tax advice, an audit opinion or an accounting policy designed for your organisation. Examples are simplified to explain a workflow; they are not a recommendation to issue, stop or cancel a particular payment.

Banking procedures, thresholds, cut-off times and channels may change. Where a guide cites RBI or NPCI, use the linked primary source and confirm the current process with your own bank. In a dispute, suspected fraud, lost cheque or urgent stop-payment situation, contact the bank through an official channel immediately.

No guarantee of results or approval

We do not promise search rankings, traffic, AdSense approval, ad delivery, earnings, error-free processing or uninterrupted availability. Google and other third parties apply their own policies and review systems. Useful original content, clear navigation and valid code can improve site quality, but no website edit can guarantee approval.

Security and confidential information

Never send an OTP, PIN, password, CVV or digital-banking credential to this website or to a person claiming to provide support. Do not email an unredacted signed cheque, full statement or complete payment spreadsheet. If you report a visual problem, hide account numbers, cheque numbers and unrelated personal information.

Liability limits

You use the website and its outputs after your own review. To the extent permitted by law, FreeChequePrint.in and its operator are not responsible for indirect loss, bank fees, rejected documents, missed filing deadlines, spoiled cheque leaves, data loss, printer damage, business interruption or a decision made solely from general educational content. Nothing here limits a responsibility that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.

Corrections and contact

We want factual and interface-specific errors corrected. If a page no longer matches the live tool or a linked primary source has changed, email freechequeprint@gmail.com with the URL and a clear description. We review corrections under the Editorial Policy.
